Eligibility and Requirements

• If you are a student enrolled in a public or private high school, you can become a poll worker at 16. If you are not currently enrolled in high school, you must be at least 18. 
• Must state your political affiliation on your application if you are at least 18
• Must be registered to vote in Alaska, if you are at least 18
• Must not be a candidate or a member of a candidate’s immediate family
